CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total balance at the time of your service. No exceptions — deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 90% of the scheduled service. I understand things come up, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule at least 24 hours in advance and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
